Return and Cancellation

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resend you the Correct item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for too Small or too Big reason. You must be careful when you read the Size Chart.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If a refund request is approved, we will 100% refund your money. The process will take 2-3 days. Refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

We always sent email confirmation for proof that we already refunded your money.

CANCELLATION

Can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Send a message and we will help you. Cancel can't be process if the Item has already shipped.
