1. Do You Ship Worldwide ?

- For World Wide Area Shipping Cost $8


Why Are My Packages Separated ?
We send all our items out as quickly as we can from distribution warehouses, which is why you may receive multiple packages for your order since one item was ready before the other! But please do not worry, your other items are promptly on the way.

1. Has my item been shipped yet?

All Product Is Make To Order And Need 1-5 Work Days For Production and Handling.
It Also need 21 -30 Work Days to Delivered to Your Place if You are inside United States and 22-35 Days for outside United States area.

2. Can I change my order?

We can change your order details while its processing time (not shipped yet). We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped. Please Contact Us.

 3. Can I track my order?

4. Can't see track information, what to do?

Its okay, track information updates slowly, in 2-3 weeks after it was shipped. Please contact us if track numbers does not show any information after 3 weeks or more.

5. I Didn’t receive my order yet, what can I do?

International orders takes anywhere from 15 to 60 days . Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or during the holiday period and those delays are beyond our control. If you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please Contact Us and we will be glad to help you.


Can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Send a message and we will help you. Cancel can't be process if the Item has already shipped.
