Refund / Return Policy

1. Refund policy

We understand that our products may not be Everyone's standards. However, we always try to give our best quality for all customer.

You can open the Refund case within the first 7 days when you receive your item. Anything over 7 days cannot be refunded.

Items that are damaged or wrong size/color will receive an instant refund after photo proof.

"Exceptions"

1. Sizing Issues
We do not accept refunds for Sizing Issues (too Small or too Big reason). You must be careful when you read the Size Chart.

2. Incorrect Address
Incorrect address after the item Shipped is not eligible for a refund.

"Refunds"
If the refund request is approved, we will  refund your money. The cost of shipping will not be included in the refund amount. The refund will take 2-3 days. Refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

We always sent email confirmation for proof that we already refunded your money.

 

2. Return Policy

Returns

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Anything that appears to be washed, worn or altered in any way will not qualify for a Return.

- Returns can be returned within the first 7 days when you receive your item. Anything over 7 days cannot be refunded .

You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns . Because we have some Suppliers and Warehouse, We also have FREE RETURN Service for selected items. Please note that not all item can be use this service. Please contact us for the detail information.


- Items that are damaged Or wrong size/color will receive an instant refund after photo proof.


- If the return request is approved. You can tell us the "NEW"  item you want to change. Please tell us the detail (Sizing and Color). We will resend the goods. 

RETURN GUIDE

1. Save/Print Out The Return Label . We will sent you the Label in 3-5 days via email after you open the Return case.

2. Pack item(s)

3. Search for a nearby return point of the courier on the label  & drop off the package.

4, Wait for Logistic Delivery to our WAREHOUSE

5. Wait for warehouse inspection

6. Wait for return to be issued.

"NEW" item will be resend to your address. The delivery will take 2-4 weeks. 
This is the Final step. You can't asking for RETURN anymore.
